In addition to providing food, most Foodbanks also provide basic hygiene and household products. If you are of school age you should be able to request help with free period and sanitary products from your school. Just ask one of your teachers.
Morrisons Supermarket will also provide help – just head to their Customer Service Desk and ask for a package for “Sandy” if you’re struggling. Their helpful colleagues will give you a discreet envelope with what you need, for free, no questions asked.
